Rose lassi is a refreshing drink made with rose flavored syrup. A twist to our traditional yogurt lassi gives it a nice pink color and delicious taste. Ideally, it can be served as a summer drink but can also be enjoyed in any weather.
Refreshing rose lassi is usually made with three ingredients – Thick full fat curd/yogurt, rose syrup and powdered sugar. As I don’t use much sugar in my sweet dishes or drink and the rose syrup already contains sugar, I skipped adding extra sugar here. So my recipe is very easy and quick made with just two ingredients.
I recommend you to use a good quality rose syrup. I have used Roohafza to make this lassi, but you can use any other brand. Also, lassi tastes best when it is chilled so either you can use ice cubes while making lassi or make it without ice cubes and refrigerate for at least half an hour.

ROSE LASSI RECIPE
- 2 cup Curd/yogurt
- 3/4 cup Rose syrup
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Powdered sugar , as per your taste
- Almond, Pistachios, for garnishing
- In a blender jar, add yogurt, rose syrup, cardamom powder, sugar and blend well together.
- Pour rose lassi in serving glasses.
- Garnish with almond, pistachio and serve.
