There are so many different types of koshimbiri like kakdi koshimbir, onion tomato, cabbage koshimbir and what not. Here today I am sharing how to make Gajar Mulyachi Koshimbir. This is very easy and quick recipe. Usually we temper our koshimbiri with tadka but sometimes I just skip it and make it simple and it tastes great as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carrot , grated
  • 1 cup Radish , grated
  • 1/2 cup Tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves , finely chopped
  • 2 Green chillies , cut into slits
  • 3-4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve immediately with meals/parathas.

Notes

If you are making it ahead of time, add salt just before serving.
